Crossroads is dedicated to helping youth age 14-21 overcome these challenges. In partnership with Sacramento Employment and Training Agency (SETA), we have programs designed to help youth gain crucial real world experience to prepare them for an increasingly competitive workforce. Whether the young adult is unemployed, underemployed or struggling with a disability, Crossroads can help them create an employment and/or training plan, prepare themselves for work, find a job and get the most out of that employment experience.
