Columbus County NCWorks Career Center

Veterans reps, employment reps, phones, free internet & resume writer access computers are on site. Representatives are available with an appointment. A comprehensive center located in a rural area, serving all customer groups. Due to high local unemployment rates for the past 3 years, we have extensive experience with dislocated workers, trade programs and related educational opportunities. Partners on-site are ESC, Welfare-to-Work, Telamon, Job Corp, Vocational Rehabilitation, community college and WIOA youth FOCUS program. Integrated programs include WIOA adult, dislocated worker, and youth, state HRD program, state displaced homemaker grant and TANF grant. Also open until 8pm on Tuesday nights.
