Pennsylvania CareerLink offices provide a full range of career services to job seekers, employers, youth and other interested individuals. Job Seekers Employment Representatives are available with an appointment. Services include phones, free internet access, and a resume writer access computer on site. Employers Information on the Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) and other state and federal programs pertaining to businesses can be found at: "http://www.portal.state.pa.us/" Services and Information for Employers. Youth Get help with finding a summer job, learning new job skills, how to get a work permit and learning about the world of business. Veterans Veterans representatives are available with an appointment. Services include phones, free internet access, and a resume writer access computer on site. Partners in the CareerLink are private and public agencies, organizations or educational institutions that provide education, training and employment or support services to job seekers and employers.
